Where can I check my order details?
To view your order details, simply log in to your account on our website at www.evora.co.in. Once logged in, navigate to the "My Orders" section to access all your past orders.
Alternatively, a confirmation of your order will be sent to both your registered WhatsApp number and email after placing the order.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. Once the order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to modify the address.
If youโd like to change the address to an international location, please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. However, if you have selected international shipping and would like to change the delivery address to India, the shipping fees will be refunded as Store Credit.

The print has irregularities. Why?
At Evora, our products are not mass-produced by machines but are thoughtfully handcrafted by artisans in small batches. As a result, there may be slight irregularities in the printโthese are not defects but rather a celebration of the human touch and uniqueness behind each piece.
Every piece is one-of-a-kind, and thatโs what makes it special.
The colour of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?
Product photos are taken under various lighting conditions to closely match their real appearance. However, due to camera limitations and screen variations, slight differences in colour may occur.
Additionally, because our products are artisan-made in small batches, slight shade variations are natural and reflect the beauty of handcrafted production.
Where are my tracking details?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. Please also check your junk/spam folders, as the email may sometimes be mistakenly filtered.
